The lodge was a fantastic spot for our family getaway. The stunning views of the cloud forest were truly breathtaking, especially while enjoying the cozy and clean accommodations. We appreciated the helpfulness of the family owners, who went out of their way to accommodate our large group's needs. Although getting there was a bit of an adventure due to the rough roads, it was well worth it for the relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

However, accessing this beautiful spot was challenging due to unpaved roads and driveable only with a 4x4 car.

Accessing the place is a hassle with poorly maintained mountain roads filled with potholes!!! Driving at night is a nightmare due to mud and fog, making it quite troublesome!!!

staying at casitas de montaña cubaya was a treat! the cabins are simple but very clean, and the views of the valley are simply breathtaking. the hosts are incredibly friendly and prepared delicious meals from their own garden, making every dinner special. we even enjoyed the warm blankets at night, which made our two-night stay cozy.
